Recently, SKYLIFT Team bulid a new workshop for new lifts production line.  In the following time, mostly lifts will produced in new workshop.

On December 15th,2015,  we just finished the order for 4 man lifts, model SJL-8.
This model lifting height 8m, load capacity 125kg. 

With very easy control methods: just have three control buttons UP DOWN STOP,can be controlled both on ground and top platform.

The new product  wheelchair lift has send to Russian Federation on 24/9/2014.

This 1.1m wheelchair lift, is used in a stage with four wheels it is widely used both in China and in foreign country.

The wheelchair lift consists of a platform with high side walls, an upper landing gate, a platform mounted gate,

a drive system and easy-to-use operating controls. Suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Personnel man lifts offer a safe, quick and easy method of reaching overhead areas. Mostly designed to

lift one person, these platforms are extremely compact, lightweight and easy to maneuver.

The vertical personnel lift consists of a working platform attached to an aluminium mast that extends vertically,

which in turn is mounted on a steel base. These personnel lifts has a reach of up to 8m and capacities up to 120kg.

You can control the lift both on the platform and ground, just need press stop button, it can stop at any point if\

you need.

Personnel Lifts are available in various AC and DC powered models.

Even if you are familiar with the other types of aerial work platform, but to ensure the safe and efficient work, please read the following precautions:
1.Without the basic operation training person should not use the machine.
2.Without the required conditions of using it shouldnot be forced to work.
3.The mast and platform should not be any obstacles or collision in the process of lifting and hoisting.
4.Exceept the emergency, the ground staff should not operation control device before the high-altitude operations personnel command.
5.Platform lifting, forbid to stand or stowage items.
6.No change, modify and waste safety device.
7.Forbidden overload hoisting.
8.Forbidden mobile machine.
9.Forbidden set up the working height increasing device.

The so-called wheelchair lift platform, is mainly composed of a track and a lifting bedplate, that is similar to a simple small elevator. The rail is embedded in the channel entranceon the wall that with the slope of the stairs down the rail is to the internal. The lifting platform can be folded against the wall when it is not in used, hence it can not occupy the channel entrance space. Rides wheelchair’s disabled when in use, the wheelchair on four wheels can be fixed on the bedplate, press the switch can control the lifting platform to enter theunderground passage, it is safe and convenient.

The provisions of the maintenance time

1. Daily maintenance should be keeped on.

2. After 1500 hours working time, simple repairs on mechanical and electrical system.

3. After 5000 hours working time, appropriate repairs on mechanical, electrical system .

4. After 10000 hours working time, carry on the overhaul to the machinery, especially on the mechanical and electrical system.

Maintenance of the equipment

1.Regularly check to the brake and adjustment to the brake shoe and brake wheelclearance, to ensure reliable and flexible. In the friction surface, no havedirt, gasoline or thinner wash.

2.Each part such as the gear box, gear, lubrication and hydraulic oil were performed according to the lubrication chart of requirements.

3.Pay attention to the wire rope,check it whether breakage and loose strandphenomenon or not. If it is inconformity to the relevant provisions, it must be immediately replaced.The maintenance of wire rope should be in strict accordance with GB5144-85 regulations.

4.Regularly check on the connection of each part, such as a loose should be tightened.The body of connecting bolts should be in the pressure check tightness (rotating arm method can be used to receive the compression), a little shaft all connections must be split, and need to fully open.

5.Regular inspection agencies is functioning properly, to ensure there is no noise, promptly remove the dangerous problem.

6.Pay attention to ensure the center line rotary reducer and gear is parallel to the central line when installation, disassembly and adjustment of rotary mechanism and the engaging surface of not less than 70%, the meshing clearance should be suitable for.

7.Regular check on all wire to ensure the cable is far away injury. To timely dressing and replaced with a damaged part.

8.Stop timely and do some troubleshooting when the motor is overheat. The motor bearing lubrication to good.

9.The contact surface of the brush should be kept clean, adjust the brush pressure, the contact area of not less than 50%.

10.keep the control box, distribution box be clean,  clean the dust on electrical equipment timely.

11.Contact travel switch of the safety device for opening and closing must be reliable,contact arc pit should be polished.

Recently our engineer design a new personal lift, now it has finished production.

The lift have motorised drive function, no need manual push,  it can move forward and backward by the motor function.

Our Singapore  customer will order 1 container, total 8 sets for trail order. They said this model man lift have great market in their country.
